About Us

CompuAid, LLC was founded in September of 2002 by Kip Kyprianou. Mr. Kyprianou holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of Bridgeport. Before founding CompuAid, LLC he was director of Information Technology for a division of Illinois Tool Works, Inc. that manufactured high speed inkjet printheads and ink. He was in charge of all information technology aspects, such as managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, software development, the company's website and email system, the company's network which included T1 line connections to remote locations and satellite offices,  and computer security. He also managed the telephone and voice mail systems and he specified and approved all computer related expenditures. His annual budget was close to one million dollars.

Mr. Kyprianou has also worked for the Information Technology Departments of a major Connecticut bank, a logistics and distribution warehouse, and as a programmer for a medical instrumentation company in New York.

The objective of the company is to provide Technology solutions to solve business problems. In doing so one must consider the return on investment and the cost of ownership.
